4. @DeepgramAI: up to $100k in voice ai credits for 12 months, but direct applicants start at $1,000. you have to be live or launching within 6 months
5. @kirodotdev: early stage to series A startups can get up to a year of kiro pro+ for teams of up to 2, 10 or 30 users. not if you have active aws activate credits, and some countries are excluded

most of these are ceilings. devin's $15k and livekit's scale year are the parts you get without spending first.
